Lady Gaga was spotted looking pretty much naked at the CFDA fashion awards at Alice Tully Hall in New York City on June 6, 2011.

Protecting her modesty with a pair of nipple patches the star showed plenty of flesh and a new cropped, green hairdo. It followed the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards, where GaGa, 25, was named top style icon.
