The Hollywood star, Keanu Reeves, has been photographed hanging out on the French Riviera with topless China Cow.

So who is China Chow? Well, apparently she’s a 34 year-old British actress of some sort, who is well-versed in handling actors.

The pair was spotted strolling along the beach and splashing about in the water happily and completely uninhibited.
